1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Memescope (the "Service"), at memescope.beyonder1.tech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at fajri.illahi1211@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Pro tier is offered at $29 USD per month, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc., who acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's customer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. See Lemon Squeezy Customer Terms.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Chargebacks and refunds requested through Lemon Squeezy follow their policy.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping or automated re-distribution of our content
• No sharing of a single account across multiple individuals
• No abuse of the Free tier (one account per person)
• No reverse-engineering or attempts to extract our scoring methodology

7. Not financial advice

Memescope is not a registered financial advisor. All scores, memos, and rankings are AI-generated opinions based on public market data. They are not investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any outcome. Memecoins are high-risk speculative assets — you can lose your entire investment. 8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the scoring methodology, code, design, and brand, is our property. Account data you create (memo reads, preferences) belongs to you and is provided back on request.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) $29 USD (one month's Pro fee), or (b) amounts you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and via an on-site banner at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
